Training Programs/Clinics/Lessons:
- Such as multi-week programs (applied at the start date of that program), private, semi-private lessons, and clinics
- Minimum 96 hours notice of cancellation or no refunds/exchanges/credits will be applied
- Full refunds applied if cancelled with more than 96 hours notice
- Late Policy:
- No more than 15 minutes from session start time
- More than 15 minutes and no notice given – No Show Policy enforced
- More than 15 minutes and notice given – Cancellation Policy enforced.
No Shows:
- No notice of cancellation
- Emergencies, change of plans, traffing delays etc. will be governed by cancellation policy
- 3 warnings will be given for No Shows
- 1st warning: unable to sign up for any training sessions for 14 days
- 2nd warning: unable to sign up for any training sessions for 30 days
- 3rd no show: unable to sign up for any training sessions for a full calendar year
*We reserve the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances*
Organized Play:
- Such as Round Robins, Ladders, etc.Â
- Any play that is organized by the club
- Minimum 48 hours notice of cancellation or no refunds, no exchanged, or credits will be applied
- Full refunds applied if cancelled with more than 48 hours notice
- The club will give 12 hours notice to cancel play due to insufficient enrollment
- Late Policy:
- No more than 15 minutes from session start time
- More than 15 minutes and no notice given – No Show Policy enforced
- More than 15 minutes and notice given – Cancellation Policy enforced.
No Shows:
- No notice of cancellation
- Emergencies, change of plans, traffing delays etc. will be governed by cancellation policy

- 2nd warning: unable to sign up for club play for 14 days
- 3rd no show: unable to sign up for club play for 60 days
